1. General These terms apply to all customers of Happy Tails Pet World, operating at happytailspetworld.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Product Information We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and pricing. Minor variations in color, size, or design may occur due to supplier manufacturing updates or screen differences. These variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged at the time of order placement is final.

4. Order Cancellation Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner, cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Third-Party Fulfillment We use trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to process, package, and ship orders. Some items may ship separately depending on supplier availability. Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

6. Order Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address correction requests must be submitted within 2 hours of order placement.

7. Intellectual Property All content on happytailspetworld.com — including product descriptions, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Happy Tails Pet World. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use You agree not to:
