How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days depending on your location. US and EU orders are generally faster since we prioritize suppliers from those regions.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. If you're outside the US, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.

We want you (and your pets!) to be completely happy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method.

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?

We sincerely apologize if this happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
