SHIPPING POLICY

At Happy Tails Pet World, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Processing occurs Monday–Friday, excluding holidays
  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays

Shipping Times & Rates — United States

  • Standard delivery: 4–10 business days after processing
  • Express delivery: 2–4 business days after processing
  • Free standard shipping on all orders $35 and over
  • Standard shipping $8.00 on orders under $35
  • Express shipping $15.00
  • Remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, rural ZIP codes) may require additional delivery time

Multiple Shipments Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability from our fulfillment partners. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order. This is normal and does not indicate a missing item.

Shipping Issues If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced. Address correction requests must be submitted within 2 hours of order placement.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office before contacting us.
