Return Window
- Standard items (toys, accessories, beds, grooming tools): 30 days from delivery
- Electronics & tech items (trackers, electric groomers): 14 days from delivery
Return Conditions Items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used pet products
- Consumables (shampoos, treats, supplements)
- Final Sale items
- Items damaged by misuse or pet wear
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof. We will send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
Refunds Processed to original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
Return Shipping Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item arrived damaged or incorrect.
